1. What curriculum and subjects do you offer tuition in?

• We offer tuition for CBSE, ICSE and IGCSE curriculum. Please visit the curriculum page for detailed view of the subjects being offered under these curriculums.

2. How do I sign up for tuition sessions?

• Signing up for tuition sessions are very easy. Fill in your tuition need through our contact form and one of our Academic Counsellor will be in touch shortly. You can opt for the type of package you would like to enroll and even suggest the tutor from our teachers profile page.

3. Do you offer free demo sessions?

• Yes, we offer a free 30 minutes academic counselling session which will enable the student to identify and enroll for the preferred session and tutor.

4. What qualifications do your tutors have?

• All our tutors are Subject Matter Experts with Master’s in their respective area. They go through a systematic hiring process and background screening to ensure teaching quality is never compromised.

5. How are tuition sessions conducted?

• Tuition sessions are conducted through our online learning environment, it's through video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, and specialized software.

6. What is the schedule for tuition sessions?

• Tuition sessions can be chosen based on the flexible need of the learner. A maximum of two rescheduling or canceling sessions are permitted in a month. Further, cancellations shall attract charges.

7. How are tuition fees structured?

• Tuition fees are structured based on the curriculum and the grade in which the learner is in. Hourly / Monthly / Annual subscription plans, or packages are available.

8. What if I need to change my tutor or subject?

• You may write an email detailing your requirement to info@teachrpro.com and our team will review the request and provide needed support.

9. How do you ensure the safety and security of online tuition sessions?

• All teaching sessions are recorded which will be monitored by our academic counsellors to ensure classroom etiquette is maintained. Our platform is secured to protect privacy, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain a safe learning environment.

10. What methods will you use to evaluate students' progress and growth throughout the course?

• Throughout our one-on-one online tutoring sessions, we will regularly assess students' progress and growth using a combination of methods. We will have weekly tests to monitor students' understanding of the topic or concept. We will engage students in formative evaluations like class discussions and quizzes on the topic which is taught to assess their knowledge. A progress report will be shared with the parents every month or at the end of the session, if the engagement is for less than a session, to track students' achievement.
